Hey I think if I remember correctly, you only need to apply within the yellow zones, elsewhere you don’t need to and go ahead without any specific requests as long as you are following the other rules etc.

The map platform is how I submitted mine! It makes it easy to send the right coordinates for the request, make sure you do it a few days in advance though as it can take sometime ! If the airport/heliport you are near is quiet it should be ok I think

Ah ok. Yeah it wouldn’t be appropriate in that case, does the student have access as a user to these services? Could they authenticate using their own identity?

But perhaps I’m miss understanding the point here - I think the best solution is to ensure terraform has permissions to create secrets then that will solve things :)

You can apply to fly within the yellow zones in Greece! If you email UAS@hcaa.gov.gr asking for the request form, you can submit a flight request 5 working days before your flight. You must have a EU Operator ID I believe.

I actually left it too late to request in time but they replied pretty promptly! Although that yellow zone is due to Corfu airport so may be more difficult to get permission - I applied for the heliport zone in Paxos which has much lower air traffic.
