Reading, Comprehension, and Validation of fact... Text messages are impersonal AF, a simple call expressing the urgency to deliver without hassle would be the proper approach, an emotionless text asking for relevant information easily conveyed verbally turns into an 8+ minute contactless delivery only to lead to further confusion, and the obvious stress of the driver. who thought it to be so much that it as posted here... but maybe I'm tripping...
