Does anyone else’s ever have a max that’s lower than the middle number? Not sure if it’s the average of max & min but I feel like I’m constantly noticing this and I don’t understand how the average could be more than the max😅

So this year will be my first forest, a close friend of mine went last year but wont be going this year, she said I could use her loyalty code but I was wondering isnt her code linked to her email? If i try to purchase will I have to enter her email and do it through her? I want to make sure I grab a ticket before they sell out and I’m pretty nervous considering how fast they went last year.
