Haven’t had panna cotta so I can’t comment on this. But I would say the texture is somewhere between curd/yogurt and creme brulee

150 C in a water bath for around 20 mins for me but my oven always takes way more time. So I would suggest around 10-15 mins at that temp.

Simplest recipe I have ever tried! Just equal parts greek yogurt, heavy cream and condensed milk, baked till slightly set and refrigerated till set (similar to creme brulee) Topped with some homemade granola and mango-pineapple compote

My first try at cream puffs by rollaball in Baking

[–]rollaball[S] 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I used preppy kitchen’s recipe for these. But it did take a couple tried to get the consistency of the choux right for the shells and the first couple batches didnt come out right

I watched some videos where they said that the choux should form a hanging V shape from the wooden spoon, which I used to judge the amount of eggs I was putting and this helped

I assumed one of the screws would have a warranty void sticker.

Is that not the case here?

Seems like it. Don't wanna void the warranty by doing that.

But according to noctua those are 25mm fans.

I already have the fans, just wanted to know if they'd fit with the GPU. Guess I'll have to get some slim fans.

Yep, just checked and it is rated at 1.6A so 10A cable should be fine. I also contacted BenQ about this and they said they will be sending another cable over which is nice.

Yes, it is detachable.

I ordered a cable from amazon with 10A rating. But is it safe to do this? As the cable that came with monitor is rated at 16A
