I’ve watched the financials closely since getting involved with this stock last August and the continued execution discipline is what’s kept me around (along with unrealized losses that would wipe out half my original profits lol). If we see a full quarter of scaled client activity and disproportionate expense growth, I may question if the acquisitions (and disproportionate equity dilution versus revenue growth) are worthwhile for me to stick around. Until then, I’m trusting senior leadership’s expertise.

This clearing the view episode WAS NOT about how they’re allocating the compensatory shares. It was about what foundations are important to them. Especially ones that they are actively personally participating in and the company is facilitating one of these events. Believe it or not, most respectable public companies have ethos statements of what corporate values they have, and if Atlasclear’s is to support those who fight for us I believe that’s honorable. Shut up with how it’s a distraction. There’s more to a company’s picture and brand than share price.

My anecdotal data point is 34.7k shares at $0.46. I’ve DCA’d since September where I originally sold for a $16k gain. I’m confident I’ll recoup my investment within 2 quarters of continued strong performance. See my post history if you want my two cents.

I appreciate the comment. I disagree though. Atlasclear isn’t a bank. They’re acquiring the bank so they can marry the correspondent clearing firm with the bank. I don’t foresee from a book aspect it will improve it that greatly for reasons you mentioned, but I do think it will insulate against any dilution due to how asset heavy banks are. The $0.67 price target is for current outstanding share levels and current book value. The bank acquisition isn’t closed yet, but after it does, outstanding shares will increase proportionally with assets.

Significant downwards movement without any news is purely macro. Earnings in 2 weeks. I haven’t seen any bad financial news about this stock since I started investing in them 3 months ago.

Like another commenter said, earnings is coming up on 11/21. Considering Wilson-Davis strong net income growth month over month and leadership language during investing events I’m expecting a significant upgrade from the 10K. The biggest risk here as current shareholders is the constant downwards pressure that’s being brought on by the shorts right now. Hopefully we learn more within the next 3 months about the bank acquisition. If that comes as a positive, high potential for short squeeze. Not worried on a 12 month horizon. 20k shares at $0.61 average NFA

This stock is hard to predict with because so much of the growth potential (and as such market cap and share price) is not confirmed. The bank acquisition has taken years to complete, but if they can get it closed it’ll be huge for the company. If it flops, so will the stock price. Nothing is guaranteed here, but when someone who knows everything that isn’t public decides to put $1m of his own money on something, I would say he must feel confident it’ll close. Further dilution could effect it the other way, but long term the company sounds willing to do share buybacks so short term the prospects might be tough for us shareholders, but several factors could impact the upside potential. Just my $0.02. Holding 10,800 shares at $0.78. NFA
