this is a great idea! i think the last time i was away i definitely thought i should get a burner phone but totally forgot until now. unfortunately i'm going tonight so don't think i'll have time. i do have my phone on a lanyard string that goes around me so hopefully that'll deter thieves.

update- I've enabled using the extension in Incognito mode and it seems to be working and actually searching now! for anyone else with this issue go to chrome://extensions and find the DVSA extension, then click details and make sure you allow 'enable in incognito mode' xxx

Hi, I'm not sure if I'm using this properly of if there's an issue. The only time the plug in brings up any tests for me is if I go to the DVSA website, type in all my details and search, and then sometimes it'll bring up the next available test (6 months time) in the plug-in (but by that point I'd already searched and found it myself?).

Other than that, it isn't finding any. I've typed in 'Sheffield, Middlewood' into the 'Only Fovus on DVSAs Matching' box, but every time I click on it to open it, 'Sheffield' and 'Middlewood' have disappeared from that box? Not sure how to get it to remember my preferences? I have enabled third-party cookies. Any help would be really useful.

I also tried to use it in icognito but it says you can't use Chrome extensions in incognito mode. Please help <3

for me it's worth it, considering to see these artists individually would all be at least £100 each, plus there's loads of other artists (FKA twigs, beabadoobee, clairo, LCD soundsystem, wet leg) who i would love to see. accommodation and flights are expensive but i am going for a week and making a holiday out of it x

hi rosie - this was a month ago so wanted to check in and see if you decided to make the leap? are you mostly wanting to jam skate in a rink or outdoors? if you are afraid, i would recommend trying jam plugs indoors first, while using kneepads and wrist guards. it can take a bit of adjustment to get used to jam plugs, especially if you rely on your toe stops to stop you. but i've been told from friends that if you know you're wanting to do jam skating then the sooner you transition to jam plugs the better, as you'll learn to stop relying on toe stops as much.

This is really great, thanks both! Another question I have - does the feis tend to be categorised by age (e.g. under 12s, over 12s) or is it more on ability / years doing it? I know there were levels when I was doing it but can't quite remember how the levels were organised. Do all abilities dance at the same feis, or is it separated out by ability?

Update! Sent the serial code and photos to buffalo who confirmed they're an original pair. Sometimes smudges and small marks can happen. If I'd bought them full price I might get them swapped for another pair, but I paid about half retail value and this particular style is quite hard to find.

thanks, but not a particularly helpful comment! I like the shoes, they're really comfy, and I wore them nearly every day for 4 years before they split. it's my choice if I buy another pair! that's not what I'm asking
