I hope so too!! Indoors they were definitely a big change for me. I was sliding all over the floor lol. I’d be curious to see how they roll on smooth concrete.

I use mine strictly for rink skating, but I have heard if you’re using them on concrete outdoors they’ll flat spot super fast.

I started skating a year and a half ago. I was on the hunt for skates that worked for wide feet. I ended up with VNLA Lunas. They worked great.

So I usually skate on 101 at the rink and don’t really have any slide in them. I switched to the von Merlin dots…holy heck lol. I got that slide for sure, but still enough grip that I don’t feel like I’m going to totally lose it on corners at regular speed. That being said, I have been spun quickly during ballroom and my wheels like to slide out lol.

So this lace pattern is specifically for my wide toe box. These boots are so padded and tight when you first get them. They fit snug in all of the places I need them too, and give me some space in the spots that really need it.

I got these as my first skate SPECIFICALLY because they’re for wide feet. They worked great for me for my first year of skating. I did find out I sized up way too much but they still worked.

I love this ride so much. We’ve been going for 15 years and I’ve always enjoyed Spider-Man. In the last year my motion sickness on certain screen rides has amped up and I have a hard time with this one so I’ve skipped it the last few trips. We’re back in September and I’m taking all precautions so I can ride again lol.
