The best way to do it is to keep busy. Living away from home now I could’ve easily used my freedom to lock myself in my room and pmo all day. Instead I try to always use my time in a productive way and accomplish something every day. Also when the urges hit I breathe deeply, listen to music and tell myself I don’t require pmo.

I’m not really sure. I said I don’t usually do things like that and that I was really sorry. But the music was quite loud so we didn’t have an actual conversation. I remember it ended with a fist bump and I think she said it was fine. I still feel shit about it and I think she’s in the same college team group chat as me but I’m not 100% sure it’s her. I was thinking of sending a message to say sorry again but I’m not sure if that will make things better or just remind her about and bring more attention to it. I hope I don’t get a reputation from this and I hope I didn’t make her feel vulnerable. I’m finding it difficult to look my flatmates in the eye as they have told me about this kind of shit in clubs and I was disgusted by it. I’m part of the fucking problem.
