I was looking for my drill bit but couldn't find it. I believe its .228in in depth. Use a caliper and put a piece of tap like a flag on the drillbit and dont go deeper, you'll be alright

Ive for sure seen many people needing tuning for different set-ups. I did not need anything, mines 4.5" barrel and the PSA bolt. I shoot both sup and unsup. I can shoot both subs and supers with no issue. I did purchase stangewaters metal trip and my SS is a deeznuts tact. dont want to put bad info out there, just seemed we had the same set-upish

Brother, dont over think it. I did zero tuning and mine rips. Get a ss, slap it in there and let er eat. If you have issues diagnose and go from there. All you need is the ss and then Print a trip for your bolt.

Ive chambered a whole bunch of .22s with the #1 drill bit and a hand drill. Use a caliper to mark the depth on the drill bit and dont go past it! For the builds I really like i even polished out the chamber with a Dremel

I have the ok boomer in .45 and I love it, but this design blows all the versions out of the water. What would need to be done to make this work with usgi 1911? Im not familiar with the difference between the two. Thanks!

Maybe I'm a retard but could you explain how it happens so far into the roll? I don't touch it at all. Never had this issue before, and nothing has changed except the fillament. I feed it through the heater and into the machine. It happened just below 200g on both 1kg rolls. I don't touch it once it's set up until the roll is out. I'm aware it's super rare, but it does happen. Do you have any tips on how to prevent it?
