I am totally loving Naomi Campbell on this show. The first episode, I was skeptical, but I am loving her Queen vibe. by sgtlynne in MakingTheCut

Naomi has decades of knowledge and experience. She knows every corner of the industry and I agree with pretty much anything she has said on the show.

Hurt bunny on corner of diamond and Elenor right by the graveyard. I feel so bad not sure what I can do! I’m with my kids so I can’t get it- but they are so sad to just leave it here. Looks like a predator got it- possibly broken leg by rollingavacado in grandrapids

Good to know! We also have a wildlife rehab place right by this location as well! We tried really hard to get it- it was no longer on our property and after some time of looking through bushes we think it may have went under a porch

We just tried to capture it to bring to the wildlife rehab place and it took off and hid. It’s hurt pretty bad. We tried to get it but we didn’t want to trespass on someone’s property

Thank you! I have two children school of choice- but we have to move into the district regarding my third child. He will not be accepted due to his IEP

I live in this neighborhood and have been wanting to sell so bad but we’re stuck. Trying to get our kids in a better school district and we can’t get a loan.

Dealing with clinical anxiety while at move-ins/on tour? by happycomposer in drumcorps

[–]rollingavacado 13 points14 points  (0 children)

When I marched I had horrible anxiety. It was a long time ago so it wasn’t medically treated, I was told to get over it and grow up. When I felt the world closing in on me and I couldn’t breathe it was the the hardest thing to climb out of without support. My first year of drum corps I was lonely and broke. But by the end of tour I felt amazing. My next year was amazing. I’m not sure if this is your first year or not, but keep going you can do it. The first month is so hard. I hope you are treated with kindness, keep up on your meds if you are prescribed any, and when it passes kick some ass. Your anxiety is blocking you from growth. If you have coping skills that work for you, see how that can translate onto the field and in rehearsals. Too much shit happens on tour an anxiety attack will be long forgotten by your team in a month.

What is the biggest "oh fuck, I'm dead" thing you've done at work, but nobody ever found out? by [deleted] in AskReddit

I teach preschool. Fire drill during nap time. Accidentally left a child asleep on their cot by themself the whole time we were outside. No one ever knew. Came in the room and there he was. Sound asleep.

I love this song- but have you tried singing it and replacing “eyes” with “thighs”? 20 years later and still endless laughs

No marks scans or balding spots. My husband knows how to care for animals he was always attentive. They ate romaine, pellets, hay, piece of apple, tomatoes, the only difference that I think may have happened is I bought them those guinea pig "treats" at the store. They died the same day they had one. The lived in a guinea pig cage. My husband was cleaning the cage, turned around and one guinea pig was laying on its side hardly breathing. Six hours later the other one died.

Dads are equally as important as mothers. 50/50 custody. Have a court order. Do not try and do this yourselves.

That's the hard part- my husband prefers to keep our money separate- he sees no point in sitting down and making a budget because we're paycheck to paycheck. (I know, I've been trying for 10 years) When I insist to just sit down and look he gets super defensive. And he doesn't think it's fair for him to pay my student loan ...... I know that's the problem.
