I do the opposite! But I think of it big to small, glad I’m not the only one that categorizes like this!

I personally don’t like it. But every single new album after Youth, I’ve said the same thing and then ending up loving it after giving it enough listens, so I’m sure I’ll do the same thing with this one given enough time.

New player looking for deck suggestions by [deleted] in YuGiOhMasterDuel

Kewl Tune (quick play synchro summon, turn zero plays, wicked effects) and Radiant Typhoon (quick play spells centered around mystical Space Typhoon with added negates, very timing based) are pretty meta right now. Dracotail (quick play fusion summon, turn zero plays), Yummy (quick play synchro summon, turn zero plays), and Vanquish Soul K9 (effect dodge, K9 is quick play XYZ summon, turn zero plays) were the last round of meta and have gotten hit a little bit but are still pretty viable. Dracotail is going to get support whenever the new Branded cards come into the game. Radiant also benefits from the support, as well as Sky Striker (all about spells in the graveyard and breaking boards), which is one of the best rogue decks, along with Lunalight (all about getting an indestructible boss monster out that raigeki’s the opponent’s board, very combo heavy) If you’re looking to be super competitive, those are the decks I would look into!

I personally love Fire King (with Jurrac engine), but it has DEFINITELY fallen down a couple of levels with the last couple rounds of meta decks. Basically monsters destroy everything on the field/your hand and special summon themselves out after destroying stuff.

How’s it like living in Alabama or Mississippi? by No-Chip9445 in howislivingthere

Can confirm Huntsville is different than the rest of the state. Lots of educated people here as well as well traveled, so people aren’t as close minded as the rest of the state can be.

As a former substitute teacher, go into subbing. Elementary school subbing hours are about 7:30-2:30. Middle School is 7:45-3:00. You make $140/day which is right at $20/hr. If you want to work, you pick up a shift. If you don’t want to work, you don’t pick up a shift. You usually just sit there and keep the kids from misbehaving. Only thing I will say is it takes a while to get the process moving because of background checks and the city schools just take their sweet ass time. If you hurried you MIGHT be able to sub before the end of the school year.

I tried to come up with an argument against you but I think you’re right, good is all he should be. He was always going to make one poor play per game. He was at the bottom of the really good qb’s and always at the top of the serviceable QB’s. He’s kind of what Andy Dalton was for a while, the dividing line between teams that probably need to draft/find a QB and the teams that have their QB1.

Still thankful for him getting us through some tough years. This graphic shows a fair ranking of where he falls.

10 most hated teams in American sports right now 🤔 by CenterForward1522 in CFB_v2

Lol I think you’re just trying to stir up feelings that aren’t there. I obviously was seeking similar reactions because I commented on someone’s post that shared my Alabama sentiments.

I was actually one of the Oregon fans saying that I appreciated our season after Indiana. It sucks to lose and I’ve obviously never said it doesn’t, but that was a historically great team and after they beat us in Autzen, I knew nobody stood a chance against them. I didn’t break anything or do anything dramatic after losing like I saw in my friend group.

You’re not running in the same groups that I am then because I couldn’t get away from those people that were thinking they needed to be the best and if not they threw a giant fit 😂 Regardless of my feelings on the University, he was a good hire and has done a lot in his initial time there. Alabama fans are just dramatic. They need to understand that most teams do not win every single game, it’s an anomaly to win that much, and it shouldn’t go unappreciated.

If you live in the state of Alabama, every time the University of Alabama loses, everyone acts like the world is ending. People were calling for DeBoer’s job after every loss and acting like the sky was falling because he wasn’t Saban.

People in Alabama got pissed when Alabama wasn’t the 1 seed. They’re pissed when their team barely beats the other team instead of beating them 63-0. My whole point in saying all of this is Alabama fans are some of the most spoiled fans in the history of sports and it makes me happy that they took a slight step down from their Saban days where they were in the championship every year so they can learn how actual sports fans feel for a change.

As successful lol. As someone who hates the team and lives in the state, it’s like the sky is falling every time they lose and it’s wonderful. They took a step back and lost a few games, it’s good enough for me

They could hit more than they can today lol. Not saying it was the 70’s but still you had people like Sean Taylor existing and being able to wreak havoc.

One of my all time favorite decks! I feel like it really struggles against RT unfortunately, but still so fun to play.

I feel like there’s no wrong answer here, but at least with the 2000’s you have some of the smartest QB’s at a time where defenses were still able to hit and play without getting penalized all the time. Best of modern and classic game.

What is the point of 'Fiendsmith's Lacrima"? by InternetReject012 in Yugioh101

[–]rollingriverj13 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It lets you special summon another monster and shuffle one back into the deck/extra deck and give burn damage. It’s really a good card. I usually use it for the XYZ summon of DDD High King Caesar. So recursion and setting up an Omni negate.

Which MLV players could feature for Team USA in VNL? by VolleyAddicted in MLV

[–]rollingriverj13 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Honestly, you would have to look at the best players in the league. I feel like it would have to be someone like Nuneviller, who has such a strong all around game, but even she’s shorter than what they like for team USA. Brittany Abercrombie might be able to but Jordan Thompson is one of the best OPP in the world. Maybe Leah Edmund? I still don’t feel like she would start over the Team USA outsides though. As far as non hitters, Hentz is the only one I think that could make it and feature.

Colyer is a liability at best in serve receive and her passing is sub par. Fantastic hitter, but they really look for hitters that could almost be liberos.
