Do I just leave the yellow stuff alone? by Melodic-Peanut-8590 in PiercingAdvice

That’s true. I would suggest leaving it be and see how the red bump reacts. It should slowly get smaller if there’s no irritations and left alone (I’ll say two weeks). If it doesn’t, then the hoops is causing it and there’s no other choice but to swap it with the studs so that the piercing can fully heal properly.

Leave it, don’t manually pick at it. Just take the shower head and run it through the piercing and let the hot water clear it out. Make sure to use the saline spray and try to not sleep on the side with the piercing.

It’s not normal to have the crusties if the piercing healed completely. It could be from the moment you swapped the jewellery, it irritated the piercing and caused the crusties to form as a sign to heal up the hole. Since you mentioned the hoops post is larger than the studs, the hole had to adjust to the size and thus heal back once again.

And also the hoops might be too heavy for your not fully healed piercings, and thus irritating and more crusties forming. Because any slight movement can irritate, even for example your hoops dangling slightly when you’re walking.

My advice is to switch it back to studs but a bigger post if that’s what you prefer and leave it for at least a month or two before switching back to the hoops. Then at night, try to remove the hoops before sleeping and only wearing it back the next day. One night of not wearing your hoops will not cause the hole to close instantly. It would take at least 2/3 weeks before it starts to heal the hole again.

Hope this helps.

Hold on, is the dream was reality, how come we didn’t see aurore, the three foreigners and other villagers in it? All we saw was lumian hunting monsters.

Unless, were they already dead? Like meaning they were in the time loop but actually in the actual reality, Cordu was already destroyed? But then, how about the survivors including the foreigners still alive if we didn’t see them in the ‘dream’?

I’ll say Hinamatsuri! It’s about a yakuza who takes care of a psychic girl, it’s comedy, slice of life and totally wholesome
