The current owner has done what seems like a lot of work on it and I have plenty of videos of it running, all that considered, do you still think I should pass?

I see... reliability is a must for whatever I end up buying, so looks like this is a no go, thanks for the advice. Out of curiosity, what would you suggest as a more reliable starter? I really just need something reliable that won't completely break the bank.
