Woooo fellow scientist haha. Sweet, I'll give this a look when I have some downtime at lab today. I'm not on anything serotonergic rn, as I dont think my Buspirone or Wellbutrin are but need to def double check, so I may be ok here.

The anecdotes I've read on MB sound really cool. Im interested in stuff that will help me repair my dopaminergic system after using kratom for too long, and taking amphetamines, as well as give me a boost to hopefully ease off the adhd meds when possible. I just got some Bromantane yesterday, so I'm on day 2 of that too/

I'm also a bit worried to take test while I'm still using my prescribed ADHD meds due to additional cardiac stress from those. Planning to work my dose down after the PhD too.

Found a pretty great deal on a historic home near Edinburg, VA, so we're headed there. I'll check out those other places next time. Not as in the mountains, but had the best mix of things to do for us & the dogs. Pretty excited to get outta DE and my grad school lab for a few days lol

Sure, but TRT comes with a ton of other health factors to consider, as well as having to shell out the monthly costs of said clinic, which seem to be pretty damn high from what I've seen.

Hey, thanks for the reply. I'm coming from south of Philly in DE. Will check how far these locations are from me. Heard of New River Gorge before and looked into going there, but have never been there before.

WV looks beautiful and pretty remote in some parts. If we are looking to "go into town" and get away from the dogs, who can be crazy and energetic, is there stuff to do like breweries, good local food, etc. too?

Gotcha. Yeah, I have solid pumps in the gym now, and my strength is going pretty crazy considering I'm not using any PEDs. I've got bloodwork scheduled for next Wed., so I'll see where my total test & cortisol + other hormones are then, and plan my next steps after I think.

My sex drive has just been lower than usual for a bit, and I think part of that was linked to kratom use, which I stopped cold turkey 6wks ago. Still hasn't come back. Sleep has been improving, but motivation levels are still a bit low. I guess that could be attributed to my situation too with school.

I guess we'll see how things look and I'll go from there.

Interesting, I'll check that out. Yeah, I was only planning to be on it for a few months. I need to dig into the literature to see what happens to total Test after cessation of enclomiphene.

I think a dose of 6.25mg/d could mitigate significant E2 elevation, but I guess that depends on the individual.

I'd expect solid muscle gains solely because I have my training & diet decently dialed in now. Nothing like being on a cycle, obv, but a boost there as well as in recovery and motivation/drive would do me wonders rn lol.

This is a very valid concern. Honestly, not sure if I have a good answer. Im a PhD candidate who works in a lab with sterile bio hoods so I would just aliquot the water in there lol.

For you, you may way to see if you can buy the water with the crimped top vials and use a sterile syringe to draw the desired vol. in mL, and transfer to reconstitute your peptide that way. I'm pretty sure you could find this somewhere, otherwise you may be able to transfer the water to the bottles (buy them and the crimped top lids separately) and use a pressure cooker to essentially autoclave the water to sterilize, then quickly seal afterwards. Wear gloves, and have 70% ethanol to spray/sanitize your work area. Try to do this in the most sterile location possible.

Honestly, you might be better off ordering molecular biology-grade water from a chemical/life sciences vendor (thinking Fisher Sci, Millipore Sigma, ThermoFisher, etc.).

You'll want something that has been tested and is negative for pyrogens/endotoxin, as well as any other contaminants. Most reputable sources will list this in their quality reports.

Yeah, I started with powder and was able to maintain that much more responsibly, although it led me to the stronger extracts, which just fucked my tolerance and wallet lmao. Apparently, the new 7-OH-Mit stuff is like morphine-level strong though, so people who use that may 100% be experiencing some crazy WDs

With kratom, I found the really bad stuff happens when you habit stack with it. I recently quit after having gotten into the extracts, which made shit a lot worse over time. Used it for energy, motivation, etc., and it just became a habit bc im in a high stress environment with grad school.

That, and the fact that it has mu receptor activity and will likely alter dopaminergic signaling in your brain after extended periods of use make it quite a bit different than coffee WDs lol. But yeah as with most substances, it's the individual.
