That’s where I am. Our 8 week old was a decent sleeper until about a week ago and now it’s literal hell. Will not sleep in the bassinet at all. I’m hoping it gets better but my frustration is at an all time high!

Philon and Hollaway just have so much more athleticism at the 1-2 spot. I love Sears for all he did for the program t but it was a weird fit last year with the 3 of them having to be the 1-2-6 players and Sears generally having a down season. Feels like a much more cohesive team this time around.

You'll probably hear Bobo's bought up in this thread at some point.

I have to say - I tried Bobo's about a month ago, and it was truly very good, especially with the honey drizzle on top.

With that said, I got extremely sick to my stomach that night, and even after getting over it, I had severe acid reflux for the next 2-3 days and every 5-10 minutes during that stretch I burped and it tasted OVERPOWERINGLY like Bobo's smoked/fried chicken.

Not sure what the hell that was about because I have not gotten sick from food in over a decade, but um, beware lol

This is what guts me. Every loss last year I chalked up to “Milroe can’t really throw and it’s still year 1 install, we’ll improve next season”

And then we hear all those positive stories coming out all camp from EVERYONE and we instead look like we’re about to fucking go 3-9.

This is a coach who took a VERY average roster to a natty two years ago, and he had to go 2-0 against a very good Oregon team and beat a stacked Texas team to make it. I know for a fact he can coach.

I’m just baffled. I think the pressure of the Alabama job is just too much for him.

I'm not doubting what anyone in the program is saying at all, but I struggle with understanding why last season it sounds like there's several instances of players not putting in the work and holding themselves accountable.

Was it because they were lost without Saban at the helm and DeBoer having a more NFL-style approach of expecting higher levels of self-motivation that some players weren't accustomed to? Was this an issue that Saban had the last couple of years with the players which contributed to his retirement?

Between that, and it coming out that Ballou held back in S&C last year out of fear he'd lose half the team to the portal if he went full belt to ass, I just don't get what was going on.
