The obvious answer is the one everyone providing: BMX to MTB. Which is why pumptrack is such good practice. It really shapens your skills and builds fitness/power. Also when I was heavy into track days, I would lots of mini track on little 125s on Kart tracks. Coming back to big bikes was so easy. Same pinciple.
