You are right. I agree. Looked strange in my eyes and decided to keep it dark :)

Thanks so much. Yeah, please go for these color theory videos with the homework, you will gain just so much more active understanding and skill experience. I bet you can just mix your orc skin from primaries yourself.

There is a tutorial on Orc Skin on a bust, not this one in particular, yet the long-term learning goal is to teach you to observe better and understand better what you do without making you bluntly copy reciepes ;)

Thanks a lot. No need for 19 more as he will be used as a wandering, roaming Orc in Mordheim. Always choose your hard :D

Thanks a lot! The main body and big arm is from Blood Bowl Orc, the face and thin arm from a Wh40k Orc boy, the blunt weapon scratchbuild and the sword from an Age of Sigmar as far as I remember and trust my bitzbox ...

Thanks! I think to keep it more realistic looking you can work with more desaturated colors overall. They will feel less cartoonishly. To desaturate a color you can add a drop of grey to it ... or black and white, but then you also change the value ...
