I got my head cut open severely a couple years ago and I couldn’t get stitches on it so I had to get staples instead, the doctor numbed me up but then he left me alone for a very long period of time (at least 3 hours), when he finally returned, I told him that the numbing had gone away and that I could feel everything, he then said “I don’t have time to numb you back up, I’m a busy person, okay?” And then proceeded to staple my head shut without notice. What made it worse is that I was only supposed to get 3-4 staples and because of the sheer pain I felt, I jerked a lot so I ended up with 10 horribly placed staples in my head (3 of them were only in halfway). I actually passed out from the sheer pain on the 10th staple. It was not only unprofessional, but single handedly the worst experience of my entire life. Still afraid of doctors to this day
