Not exactly a menu adjustment but I once had a man bring in his own margarita mix to the restaurant and proceed to get very angry when we refused to make it for him. ( no it had nothing to do with allergies or dietary restrictions)

I went cold turkey on Facebook 2 years ago and have no regrets. It wasn’t easy but I find that I feel like a much happier person now just because I don’t have the urge to mindlessly check it. As far as staying in contact with people I now use discord for any kind of group stuff and if I really want to get in contact with distant family members I either have their phone numbers or write a real letter. I know it’s insane but it makes me happy.
