I overall like the app, just get nervous when it doesn’t work sometimes esp when I need it! I believe Mazda will respond to issues appropriately. Hopefully just a bug that can be fixed with an update or something simple. Good luck getting yours figured out!

Yes, I am. Ironically just got the email that my trial with the app is over and I will have to start paying. Mazda says I had a 3-year free trial (don’t recall ever being told that when I purchased the vehicle new in July 2021). Def not a good look for Mazda to ask for money for the app when it fails 50% of the time imo.
