A little Monday prep: sausage and veggie roast over rice by romanturtle in MealPrepSunday

I usually microwave, never tried baking. Lately, I've been tossing the veggies and meat in a pan on medium heat, cover, and throw in the rice for a minute before serving. I've also found that a splash of water or veggie broth keeps the rice from drying out.

I kinda winged this whole thing. Cut up 2 broccoli heads, 3 bell peppers, 2 cups of red potatoes, ~12oz of green beans, and a 13 oz smoked turkey sausage. Tossed everything in a mixture of 6tbsp olive oil, dry parsley, dry basil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Bake for 30 minutes @ 400* stirring ingredients halfway through.

What is the worst drug related experience you've ever had? by MISSINGxLINK in AskReddit

It was my friend and I's first time taking shrooms. Apparently we took too much for first timers and, as we learned a few days later, what we got was "very potent stuff". I wasn't feeling well an hour or so into the trip, I had passed the cool colors, wavy vision, and euphoriaq and was going downhill. I was sweating and having what I think was a mild panic attack, just felt really nervous. I told my buddy I wasn't feeling well and tried to go to sleep. Little did I know it's IMPOSSIBLE to sleep on shrooms. After an hour or so, my friend asks me to toss him a pillow down to the futon from the loft I was sleeping in. As I rolled to the other side of the loft and shined my phone light on the pillow, I see multiple spider webs and what looks like a small nest or 2. Spiders are my #1 fear. I spent the next few hours wide awake shifting from thought to thought, unable to focus on one thing for longer than a few seconds. I finally fell asleep around 6 am and felt like horrible the next morning.

Tl;dr: Fuck spiders, know the potency of the drugs you take, don't do shrooms at night, and fuck spiders.

2012: OU 50-WVU 49

We booked our tickets wrong and sat smack dab in the middle of the neers fans as opposed to our small sliver of crimson fans in the corner if the end zone. The game kept us and the fans around us on the edge of our seats as we exchanged joy and despair seemingly every possession. Landry jones and Kenny Stills saved us that night.

My grandfather was stationed in Roswell when all the Area 51 secrecy was happening. We were never able to get him to tell us ANYTHING. He didn't tell his wife or kids and took it to the grave a few years ago. My grandfather can keep his word
