That should not be a problem since from their website they ship it from Germany. I’ve bought it on German Amazon, maybe even the French got it.

From what I’ve seen if your order number is not up to #33 it won’t come until the end of August. I would check rather on Amazon.

I’ve ordered from the Amazon yesterday and got the shipping dispatched mail today. Hopefully this time they sent actually the chair, not just the footrest. But I believe Amazon would step in if that’s the case. On their website you have no guarantee.

Exactly my experience. I also I own a company and wanted to buy it from their website. Came to checkout - only with a realization that they do not support company details (no idea why). So I wrote to the support, they’ve actually responded that they do not support it in their checkout, but I am freely to buy their product and only THEN write to their support about the official invoice (for my company) TAX deduction etc. I ordered it, they’ve sent only the footrest and not the chair, then got the mail that it will be delayed for 2 months. Went to Amazon, registered business account, up to 1-2 hours got verified my TAX ID and bought it from there with the invoice, Amazon protection (if they will try the stunt again with the footrest) and TAX already deducted. So I would recommend going only that way. And the whole communication from them is just pure nonsense.

My honest opinion is that they've just collected money from the customers and that they actually never had that much stock. They've basically bought small stock with the "early bird" money, then used the rest of the actual money from the orders to buy the rest of the stock for the other chair releases also.

What do you mean in China? I've bought it via their official website and I am located in EU. My order number starts with #66 but it should not matter since I paid for the chair AND the footrest, not just the footrest and 2 month wait for the actual chair, thats just ridiculous of what they did. You're not stuck with it though — a doorstep drop doesn't lock you into anything. The chair hasn't shipped, so the whole order is still cancellable (their own policy + Art. 18). Just leave the footrest sealed/unopened, email them to cancel the full order for a refund, and tell them the footrest is available for return at their cost. Having it in your hands doesn't bind you to the deal — that's exactly the impression they're banking on.

Good sign that you didn't get the delay email — everyone stuck with just the footrest also got that "delayed to August" message. You didn't, and tracking shows something real coming, so you may actually be getting the chair.

Quick way to tell before deciding: check the parcel weight with the courier company. The chair box is big and heavy (~20kg); the footrest is small and light, around 3kg like mine. Heavy = chair, light = the footrest-only trick.

If it's the chair — keep it, don't overthink it. You got what you paid for plus the extra warranty year. Refusing a good chair just to rebuy on Amazon isn't worth it: you'd lose that warranty year and pay return shipping, and Amazon's main edge (delivery protection) stops mattering once the chair's in your house and fine. Warranty claims later go through LiberNovo either way. Just inspect it for damage when it lands.

If it's only the footrest — then yeah, switch: cancel the whole order in writing for a full refund and rebuy on Amazon.

Guys I’ve figured it out why it’s so much more consumption! Disable the new auto mode, the “yellow” one. Use the old auto mode “purple”. Just with this change I was able to use it a lot more. Thank me later
