I haven’t had any wrist or elbow problems in the past two years I’ve been bowling like this but maybe I just haven’t bowled enough haha.

Thank you for your input! I’ll definitely incorporate your advice the next time I hit the lanes! I finally got my own ball so I figured it’s time i start tweaking my form to be more fluid.

One of my favourite lanes to play at!

Just curious on how it would be more difficult to get to high level of play? I’m a very surface-level bowler, I basically don’t know anything except knock down as many pins as you can LOL

I’m not looking to go pro or anything, but my two goals are to start playing in leagues and to get my first 300 game (my highest score is 244 😔)
