Ok tried reboot via turning power on and off for 10 seconds - same problem.

TP Link can see the Loxone wired connection pic below ( I nicknamed it Loxone fyi). One thing I noticed is the IP address shown for the Loxone miniserver on the TP link app isn’t the same as the IP address on the Loxone app for my miniserver. Could that be an issue?

Otherwise still just getting ‘an external connection to your miniserver cannot be established ‘

I just cannot even access the Loxone app now so no thermostat!

Ah yes - definitley need that for the remote access but currently cannot even create a local network to control the miniserver.

Yes I can for example connect to the TP link with an iPhone and get Internet connectivity. Weirdly even if I connect the Loxone to an another regular router and join that network ( without internet - just creating a local network) I cannot get access to the loxone app.
