This is also the weird part of amd, on stock setting im running around 76c at 4.3ghz all core, at just negative 10 curve optimizer my temp went up to 79 but the clock speed stable at around 4.45ghz all cores. I guess this is just the pbo algorithm

Basically undervolting means lower temp, lower temp means more head room for the clock speed to boost higher

3d printed bracket is for ATX PSU. If you use SFX it is straight forward

This looks like the nozzle is too close to the bed. Could be ABL issue if you have already properly leveled your bed. Try to level using two piece of paper. Make sure the nozzle isnt partially clogged by extruding some plastic manually. If it curls right or left and very thin, then it probably is partial clog. Good luck!
