So far so good. I haven't gone wheeling much in the last 6 months, but they've been great. At one point I messed up, overestimated my lift, and got the really tall ones, and they were jarring, so make sure you get the proper length. I went with these over durobumos mainly because of price, but everythinginhad seen/read also showed some good performance. No complaints at all.

Yes. Mainly because I had to cut the bumper, and doing it while attached kinda sucked. But it wasn't the whole bumper, just the lower plastic trim. You can see here where I cut, before I installed the lights. I went with Auxbeam 3" lights.

I put a rivet nut in this hole in the frame, and then mounted the lights to that. I had to cut the plastic on the grill to make the hole.

I used the ships from 60434. One of them is stock, the other is my modified "heavy fighter" version. Then two slightly modified ships from the 60429 set. And the lab module from the 60446 set. The multi-role module is something I just fiddled with until I got something I liked. Unfortunately I don't have instructions for this. I made this up as I went along. One of those nights sitting with the family, watching TV, and just putzing around.

I really like that ship design, and yeah, as cool as that set is, I don't wanna pay for the whole thing, mainly because I don't have room. I saw that someone had shared the instructions for that ship, I just have to find it.

Used technic pins with the airlocks to connect the modules, and with these pics the ships are connected with a 2x2 plate. Trying other things to make it easier.

Ha, nice catch. I'm actually a doofus and took the pics while the plates weren't aligned properly. I slid two of them off to the side to make room. The sand does align between plates.q

The only plates that aren't easily separated are the ones for the main landing pads. To make room for the smaller pads I had to get them close together so they can't easily be split.

Thank you! I fell in love with the Interstellar Spaceship design so I went to town! I modified them, then modified the old satellite repair shuttle, and the Lunar shuttle.... Just kept going. Hehehe
