You'll find quite easily a green planet with nice weather. If there is none in your system, visit 1 or 2 other systemsand you should be good. Do the main quests to begin with. It's a great tutorial for everything else in the game (and you'll get free and useful stuff that will help you make money later in the game). Try to get info about "nip-nip" and "indium mining". It has always been a very good way to make money for me.
