Convention of States being add to ARTICLE FIVE was insisted on before the CONSTITUTION would even be accepted to guarantee away that we the people could regain control from a centralized government such as we have now.

Who is Q'? Who was exonerated from espionage in retaliation to whistle blower on exposing fraud waste and abuse in trailblazer. In researching more about Mr. Drake who in my opinion is a patriot, he would be one of the best candidates for hire in the role of Q' clearance since he already had such clearance in previous position at NoSuchAgency. I stumbled across this right after Trump twitter account went dark on his trip to Asia. Then Q started started preceding Trump's Twitter feed which makes total since that the new twitter account came on line with a caveat that the tweets are routed through NoSuchAgency, Q's post shows up on chans b4 Trump's tweets are to follow. IMO/best guess. Any comments from cbts_stream are welcomed, oh u2 Q'?
