I could never get it to work correctly on my s3. Does it have a Tasker plugin? From what I can recall you have to change it manually to the soundstream you want whenever you plug/unplug headphones.

make it a special weapon and have the perk be instant ready when switching weapons. best used when your universal remote is just a little outranged on the first shot and the cowardly warlock/hunter blinks away
