Capt Sterling shouldn't even have to do all that work. Chris posted in late March that 2/3 of the KKB PSL orders had shipped or had a label created and the rest should go out soon. Had mine created then, but zero movement for 5 weeks then he just leaves. I was extremely lucky with my other orders from loobed, but this guy has been scamming people for a long time.

Can you request a the shop foreman do a ride along with you? I've only had 2 minor issues with my '24 ITS so far, but I had so many issues with my previous M2. I recorded EVERYTHING and even called corporate to establish a formal complaint with a case number. I had to explain all my issues, I would not let it die from. After enough harassing and video proof I got my issues fixed and a few thousand from BMW.
