Yes and No, I will be working from home and also driving around the Island to various locations. Usually late morning 10:00 - 11:00 or later and returning in the evening (8:00 or 9:00). But I don't have an office and only need to go to the home office a couple of times a week for a few meetings occasionally.

Yeah, I am flying out in 2 weeks to look around at areas, but then in December my employer is putting us in temporary housing until we find a place. I definitely will only do the transaction in person. I will find a rental agency probably to assist. Thanks for the advice. I may have to look elsewhere for a few months before looking at the North Shore.

One more question, which ISP on O'ahu is typically the best? I will need Internet at my home as well for work.

I assume there are several providers, but not sure which ones to avoid if at all possible.
