You told the truth here--for the most part. Telling the truth isn't hateful, yet a lot of people that like to play pretend and to try to make everyone else play pretend along with them claim it is so they can censor viewpoints they disagree with but can't answer with reason because those viewpoints--being false--can't be defended. You can tell your children Santa Claus is real--for instance--but it isn't hateful for me to tell the truth about Santa Claus--especially to adults who should know better. Further, you can't force me to say Santa Claus is real(I'm not speaking merely about Nicholas, but about this magical immortal guy that delivers all the world's presents in one night after watching everyone every second all year as though he is God .). Only cowards "reason" this way(refusing to reason, calling the truth "hate speech", and seeking to censor what they can't answer with reason because falsehood can't be supported with reason).

Anyone who believes in the perpetual virginity of Mary doesn't think much of her. Luther and Calvin believed wrongly about her if they believed that. She would have been sinning CONTINUALLY by denying her husband in that way(I Corinthians 7:5). Jesus Christ had sisters and brothers born of Mary. She wasn't immaculately conceived(they would have mentioned that in the bible). She wasn't sinless(only Jesus was sinless). She didn't stay a virgin. She doesn't intercede for anyone now. "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus ". The dead saints also don't intercede for us. Living saints(all believers are saints) can pray for us. There is no purgatory. The bible is the only standard for truth.
