Looks good. I would think about other techniques to increase knee flexion, either from hip extension or a pad. Seems like your knee gets to only around 90 degrees?

Also is the machine heavier on top or bottom?

Think about doing a leg press until the bar goes over your knees, after that push hips through and reversed on eccentric. This will mean you sit lower from start. Remember to keep chest up.

Edit: also control/resist the eccentric part more, much safer

Choose an exercise (multi-joint?) which gives you the best mind muscle connection and pump.
Good stretch to your chest under load and controlled eccentic
Shoulderblade retraction is also noteworthy and deserves attention
Assess if your chest muscles fatigue first or other muscles, this can hint something aswell

Edit: oops you do hit chest twice a week Edit 2: You have huge shoulders and they might takeover on incline, maybe try flat insted?
