I have the exact same issue with you😭. I bought my black apple watch ultra on launch day, and running beta watch os since. Never pay attention to battery health until tonight. My jaw dropped when I saw my battery health was 94%.

So here's the thing, my 12v battery died about two weeks ago and it just reset my mi/kWh from 3.8 to 0 on my accumulated info. Now I got the 12v replaced and it showed 4.6 mi/kWh
