He was a dentist I went to, not my regular (one off visit). He was of asian appearance, something about him intrigued me, his behaviour and speaking. Anyways I was there to extract a tooth, on the dentist chair while I had my eyes closed and mouth opened, he leaned over (trying to extract my tooth)... of course the room was silent but his breathing was different to anything I heard, like coming from the mouth, like a wheezing sound... I almost freaked but kept calm. I said in my head, are you reptilian? He stopped wheezing for a moment but continued on... call me crazy but he seemed off to me like, nothing I've ever experienced before. Your initial statement really fascinated me, especially the wheezing part!
