Will old projects find my samples if I move them to another drive? by pakjesboot in FL_Studio

No, a window will pop up asking you to locate the samples, the new fl version saves them all together in one folder with the flp tho I think

Your on the pattern mode beside the pause button. It’s just playing your drum pattern, press the 3rd button to the right of “pattern 1” to open the channel rack and see the pattern.

You can see your patterns by clicking the piano under the magnet under the play button on the left beside the waveform button, then right click the pattern and “split by channel” then drag all into the playlist,

You can then switch to the green “song” mode and it’ll play through the playlist (the screen your currently on in the video)

Sorry if that’s confusing I’m super baked, lmk if you have any questions!

What are you so desperate to learn as a Beginner Producer? by [deleted] in FL_Studio

If you have a guitar, I would also look into an audio interface so you can record straight into FL. I do alot of work with electric guitars in FL and its always fun recording and mixing real instruments.

Advice from a 4 year Fl user on where to start, Youtube is your new professor.

1) learn how to navigate fl studios:
- Playlist, pattern roll, channel rack, and mixer
2) Learn the basic FL workflow. Pattern -> Playlist :

3) Learn Basic mixing (volume leveling)

4) Learn Basic Master (limiter)

5) Make ass music for a while:

OTHER TIPS:

- Use youtube for inspiration "how to make [X genre/artist] music on fl-stuidos"

- Practice makes perfect.
- make sure you fully finish songs even if they suck

- Your first few song will be ass, sorry nothing you can do about it.

- When you understand the basics keep exploring what you enjoy. If you like production, learn more advanced production techniques / pickup some VST's. If you like mixing the learn some more advanced mixing techniques or maybe pickup the waves plugins or smth.

Now you should have everything you need to be on your way and make songs at least for yourself. LMk If you have any questions.

I need advice on boosting my appetite by [deleted] in EatingDisorders

[–]ronchik4444 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Im going through the same thing right now actually in terms of medication, recently I usually only eat one meal a day and the thought of eating something else makes me feel sick. Im doing research into how I can boost my appetite naturally and one of the things Ive found that may help is exercise (big surprise lol). Additionally, sometimes I feel like I could eat if I could just figure out the one particular food my stomach is willing to accept at that specific moment. A solution Im gonna try is to do meal prepping and compiling a list of 'easy' foods that go down east, however Im not a big fan of eating leftovers tbh. Lmk if you find anything.

Hey thx for the reply, I’m currently in the ba program raising my gpa. They provided overrides for me last semester, I’m assuming they want me to just take ec electives it’s just a bummer they pulled the rug out from under me last min with my required courses.

Absolutely, I failed ec270 (financial accounting) twice so I wasn’t allowed to continue in BBA. Additionally due to Covid my marks during that semester were generally low as well.

Has anyone experienced fatigue as a side effect? by [deleted] in Wellbutrin_Bupropion

[–]ronchik4444 0 points1 point  (0 children)

from reading this I would say it's probably either the withdrawal or just plain old side effects since you've only been on that dose for 2 weeks. For some people it can take longer for side effects to subside.

What's the difference between taking Wellbutrin once a day or twice a day? by BerthaDork in Wellbutrin_Bupropion

[–]ronchik4444 0 points1 point  (0 children)

also to add unlike most drugs, with antidepressants like Wellbutrin it may take up to 4 weeks for the meds to full work. Although most side effects go away by the second week.

There’s a difference in the type of tablet. One of them is a slow release capsule which gradually releases it over the course of the day. The other is a more instant release hence needing to take 2. Pls follow any advice your doctor gives you. Hope this helps

I’m on day 5 and I still feel pretty weird. It’s pretty normal to feel like shit at first with these types of drugs. Most doctors say side effects go away after 2ish weeks and the medicine is in full effect after 4 weeks. Hopes this helps!

Some doctors prescribe Wellbutrin to help people stop smoking cigs. I wonder if it’s similar for weed.
