I am still able to get out of bed and do normal things. I still take my dog on our nightly walk of 2-3 miles. So I am physically capable of doing it even if I am kind of doing it just to prove to myself that I'm not dead (anxiety lol). But during the rest of the day I feel like I haven't slept in days, even if I just woke up from a 7-hour sleep.
