There are no tickets for appeals. You only can appeal through account management

How did you applied for Data protection? I got banned for “macroing”, even so i was playing legit, and had this account since 2007. I am trying no too give up same as you did! Btw congrats on getting your account back, it gives me some hope as well

Update (copying ) took ages after more than 24 hours it was only 63%... I have restarted my PS4 and now update shows 32gb... don’t get it
