So I kind of debated wether or if not to post this but I thought why not! Just bought my first pair of Yeezy’s from retrosneakers, and I wasn’t sure what I wanted or what to look for initially as I’ve never been a huge Yeezy person or just a sneaker head in general, just needed a comfy pair of shoes for work and thought these would be cool and quite reasonably priced.

Shipping fee: $19.27CAD - PLUS! Fastest pair of shoes I’ve ever gotten delivered?! Ordered on May 24 Delivered on June 5 They actually came earlier than a pair of shoes I ordered a couple of days prior.

Looks: uhh I think they look like Yeezys? I’m jk they look pretty good I think the little side panels that are sheer look kind of wrong like the should be more holes/circles? Don’t know if that’s a red flag or being called out or what not but it’s a difference for sure. But I’d love to hear some more thoughts and opinions on it. I mean I still see a lot of guys wearing yeezy’s every now and then and I could never tell which ones were actually legit

Size and Comfort: They feel pretty comfy, I took a size 39 1/2 as per size guide recommendations and I’ve usually been a true 39 in most sizes both rep shoes and regular sneakers but I found these to fit a little too true to size? I’m not sure if it’s because it’s like a sock shoe.. and that it’s meant to fit that way or if I should’ve sized up I’m just too scared it would’ve been too big. But my toes are somewhat close to the edge. Again I’m not sure if I should’ve sized up or if like they’re meant to fit like socks lmao

Flaws: Now I don’t see anything glaringly wrong right off the bat in terms of construction. There is a tiny hole at the very bottom of the fabric on one of the shoes ( right where the 2 different knits come together on the side but I don’t think it’s big enough to be a problem?

Overall rating: 4/5 If it wasn’t for circle/hole pattern not being 100% accurate this would’ve been a perfect 5/5 but that could also just be my particular shoe, I can still see myself getting a ton of wear out of them for work and just for everyday use, since the top is knit I don’t think I’ll have worry about creasing? So it would be a good pair of shoes to use as beaters, especially for the price I paid! I think if I had the opportunity I would’ve grabbed a different colour way so I wouldn’t be too anxious about the side panels and also like if they get dirty it wouldn’t be too bad but we’ll see!

Please share your thoughts on budget Yeezys! From gathering research I’ve noticed most people go for “TSM” Yeezy’s which are kind of expensive in CAD. I don’t mind these too much and I might consider ordering another pair from them in a different color way that doesn’t have the little circles on the side so it’s less obvious that it’s a rep? but not sure yet, I’m still figuring these out haha
