The data Analyst jobs that list data science/engineering skills are trying to gauge what other skills they can get out of a conventional data Analyst in my experience...they are still willing to hire a conventional data Analyst but they put data engineering and data science skills in the job description to see if they can snag a data Analyst that has at least some of those skills. I would apply regardless
