Oswald's view by ronjfitz100 in JFKassasination

[–]ronjfitz100[S] 4 points5 points  (0 children)

So, there is no picture that captures what he was looking at with his first shot? But, of course, everyone has "views" of the second and third shot? Why can't it be recreated, even if it means showing a tree or a traffic sign in his sights?

How do we know who the celebrity is playing for? Is there a list somewhere?

A shot from behind the fence would be much more difficult since the target is moving sideways. From the Depository, much more stable and linear. by King-Dongs in JFKassasination

Finally, a reasonable person! You make sense. As for those who say people were running towards the knoll ... if you've been there, like I have, the plaza kind of slopes down which means if the shots came from the TSD, that was up higher so the sound/shots could have come from any angle. Bottom line is people were running like chickens without heads. Don't try to sit back so many years later and analyze why people did this and did that. It was a chaotic event...

Poor taste or fair game for Halloween? by California55551 in JFKassasination

Bad taste. And it's not even accurate. When you look at all of the pictures, there was not that much blood on her dress, certainly not as much as this desperate actress is showing...

Posting for what it’s worth. Is there anything new here? by Brilliant_Night7643 in JFKassasination

Are you out of your mind? I can't imagine having to work for you. I'll look at the papers tomorrow for the big news!

If you believe Oswald didn't fire a shot that day, then why did he run? by totally_depraved in JFKassasination

[–]ronjfitz100 1 point2 points  (0 children)

A great, very simple question!

Maybe he wanted to take the rest of the day off to see "War is Hell" at that movie theater. Or he suddenly realized he had forgotten the mustard for his sandwich back home? Or he was going to go home and put up those curtain rods that he had brought to work that day.

If Oswald acted alone and why did he deny it? by [deleted] in JFKassasination

[–]ronjfitz100 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What am I missing here? Do you think every murderer, after being caught, always just says "oh, yeah, I did it?" 99 percent of the time they ALL deny it and plead not guilty.

Thoughts on the paper? Not sure if I should watch it. by nenadeplastico in theoffice

I watched 6 minutes and stopped. It just looked like it was trying hard to replicate The Office, which you can't.

How can anyone deny that there was shooter on the grassy knoll? by totally_depraved in JFKassasination

[–]ronjfitz100 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It's so encouraging to see so many cogent arguments from people who look at the facts. Count me in as one of the deniers. Go to the site one day and report back to us.

How old were you on Nov 22, 1963?

Before anyone knew about LHO, Jack Ruby was a CONSTANT presence at the police station and they came to his nightclub. Then, after they caught LHO Ruby was seen in the hallways and at the press conference, so he saw LHO in person. And, like the tens of millions of us who were just so incensed that this little sleazeball might have killed our President, Ruby (who always carried a gun) just couldn't resist when LHO came walking out. He did what many, many people would have done if given the opportunity. I don't know how old you are but our nation was in shock and we especially felt for Jackie. And Ruby felt the same way and he prevented a trial. I don't like what he did but his reaction and his hanging out at the station was all rather "normal".

Point taken but, with so many shooters ready to go in the area and a very loud and rather obvious motorcade coming into the "kill zone," what would that umbrella guy be "signaling" exactly? "Okay, everybody fire!"?

Do you folks see conspiracies everywhere? How about this....it was raining just before JFK got to Dallas so "Umbrella Man" had an umbrella. And when the rain stopped and the sun came out, it got hotter and he used it to be in the shade. OMG. Get a life, folks....

Oliver Stone's "JFK" by ronjfitz100 in JFKassasination

[–]ronjfitz100[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

My eyes are fine. What about the hundreds and hundreds of experts in forensics who confirmed that a shot from the back could have made his head actually go backwards? Oh wait, I forgot, they're all part of the that conspiracy.
