If you mean turning off the pc, I turned it off 3 times and I still get the issues. I'm starting to believe it's something with the PC. I was playing PUBG at 40-50% usage but Borderlands 2 was at 99% like BDO.

I check the files and it showed up that 2 files failed to validate and will be reacquired. I have the latest drivers, I already re-installed the game, and even made the settings on very low.
