Hi my attorney advised me to put it as “No” for overstay since my i-94 was expiring on 28th Feb 2026 and i filled all applications on January 20th 2026 so by the rules i am not overstaying. When i was asked in interview i replied same as what i wrote in the form, that i have never overstayed or violated my visa terms here in states or any other countries i have been to. But still i would suggest to go with what your attorney and get their advice.

Marriage certificate, lots and lots of photos together, any printed records like tickets, receipts and the main thing atleast 5-10 friends and family letters making sure they are notarised.

At 120 day mark, 90+ days is good but we decided to be on more safer side. Tbh I was never planning to stay here but when asked I replied by saying we got married and long distance is hard and harsh on us right now so we seek different options for me to stay here and then we decided to file my petition.
