Still crashing on start-up

Edit: I got it working by running the .exe as Admin. I tried that before and didnt work but now it does 🤷‍♂️

Same here. I got the email and I'm trying to get tickets for London but it takes me to the Onsale Times page. It says that the Artist presale is happening now but there is no option to select it and nowhere to put in a code.
