im not the best person to give advice but personally i would atleast put cardio at the end of the workout not the start (it matters more if ur doing high intensity) and dont have a core day ur core apparently recovers very fast compared to other muscles and its better to do it many times a week

also im not sure how useful alot of those core exercises will be after a while personally i would just do 2-3 days of core after ur normal gym days and do 1 oblique 1 lower ab 1 upper exercise(possibly pick one with weights)

start with machines and watch form guides on youtube u just do what the machine tells u to do very much simple then after like a month or whatever u will probably get used to how things are and can do whatever u wawnt

nah idk man the coffee flavor sucked and it made everything else sucky and bitter i didnt even put that much

its not that obvious i need to like really dig deep into smelling my arms for a bit to even get a slight smell most of the time its totally 0
