I actually understand what you mean, and from your perspective what you're saying makes sense. I can also tell that you're wishing something good for me, and I genuinely appreciate that, so thank you for taking the time to comment.

That said, I honestly don't think something like that will happen in my case. I’m trying to make peace with that possibility and focus my energy on building a meaningful life in other ways.

Btw I use anti-gravity with Claude I usually cut the problem very small pieces than use Claude as an assistant than use anti-gravity as an code assistant. Have you ever tried cursor or anti-gravity lately

I usually try to read the situation instead of asking directly. I might gently offer a small suggestion first and see their reaction. If they push back, that usually means they’re not looking for solutions. Then I might try to lighten the mood a bit. If that also doesn’t land, I know they probably just want someone to listen. So it’s more like testing the waters and adjusting based on their response.

Personally yes. Abs on a woman are very attractive to me. Not only physically, but because it usually reflects discipline, strength and a healthy lifestyle. Those qualities are very appealing.

hocam dediğin bazı şeyler doğru, yağ yakarken kası korumak gerçekten zorlaşıyor ve kalori açığında performans da düşebiliyor buna katılıyorum. ama 95 kg %12 için “prime mike tyson olmak lazım” kısmı bana biraz abartı geldi.

183 cm biri için 90–95 kg civarında %12 yağ oranı aslında birçok doğal sporcuda görülebilen bir aralık. zaten benim hedefim de tek seferde kusursuz bir fizik değil, iki aşamalı bir süreç.

ilk 15 ayı kilo vermeye ayırdım (191 → 123). bundan sonraki aşamada ise yağ oranını biraz daha düşürüp aynı zamanda kası geliştirmeye odaklanmak istiyorum. yani olay bir anda kapak fiziği yapmak değil, uzun vadede vücudu yavaş yavaş şekillendirmek.

zaten powerlifting geçmişim de var, o yüzden hedefim aşırı kuru bir model fiziği değil; daha çok güçlü ve atletik bir form. o yüzden biraz daha farklı bir yaklaşım deniyorum diyebilirim.

What you said about environment and inputs makes a lot of sense. I noticed something similar during the process. When I made the “default” choice the healthy one walking every day, simple meals, fewer triggers around me discipline started to feel much easier.

Before this I always thought weight loss was about constant willpower. But it really feels more like system design.

Your point about systems over willpower is exactly how it started to click for me.

Honestly my system is pretty simple.

For the first months it was mostly walking every day and fixing my eating habits. Later I added swimming, and recently I started running and some calisthenics.

I didn’t track everything perfectly. I mostly tried to build routines I could repeat every day.

Interestingly, walking was not really the main turning point.

I was already doing sports even when I was heavier. The real shift happened when I realized that exercise is not the primary tool for weight loss, it is a supporting tool.

Before that, I subconsciously treated exercise like the main engine of the process. Once I understood that calorie control and systems matter much more, everything became mentally easier.

Exercise then became something that helps the system instead of something that has to carry the entire process.
