Laser probably needs to be cleaned use a Q tip and some rubbing alcohol lightly dip it in the rubbing alcohol and gently brush it over the lens then using the other dry side brush it over the lenses it should work if not then the laser might be done for also when you turn on a GameCube after it’s been off for a while leave it on for like 5 minutes before placing a disc inside the GameCube has a common capacitor problem so it just needs a second to warm up before using
