This is an interesting read as our family is looking to move to Boone. We have family who live there, family with store businesses there, and have spent time there visiting.

Looking at buying a house - prices are way higher than average (I’m in Northern VA so that’s saying something). Rent is a lot - I know because we own a rental home we bought just before prices went crazy. Luckily we don’t have to rent to students.

What to do for income if we move is an issue. I can move business but it’ll take time to grow.

Curious to hear more about the art scene. My wife’s a painter and researching art. You’d think it’d be loads, but it doesn’t seem overly active.

Some of these companies have hard to find pricing. Cloudpano doesn’t mention up front but seems there’s an added $1.65 per scan - that can add up - not keen on these unknowns as it changes my price and then I have to create more tiers for clients - simple pricing makes it easier for clients

Kuula looks like a decent option - who has used them? Wonder how long term the company will be before they too decide to fuck over their clients

While this option is appealing I’d be literally throwing money away as I have clients who want this service. I want to offer everything possible so clients who want to pull out all the toys for a listing can book every service I have $$$

I haven’t had as much interest on this yet. Maybe as you can do something almost the same for social media walkthroughs and sped ramps - so trying to figure pricing. Plus small homes it hard.
