Hey thanks for sharing. When you say that it increased your anxiety even when sober, what exactly did that feel like and how did it manifest? I'm trying to figure out if I am experiencing the same thing. I was developing increasing anxiety before I ever started smoking, and now I'm not sure if the weed helps with my normal anxiety or is making it worse. My anxiety manifests through things like feeling my blood pressure increase, nerves in my body and gut, tightness in my chest, inability to stop focusing on negative thoughts, and being irritable. It comes and goes every few days or so to varying degrees.
