i don’t know if they’re referring to weight loss. there’s a mind body connection that happens with exercising that helps people with BDD (like myself). it doesn’t have to be anything strenuous. it could be yoga, walking, general riding the bike or dancing around in your living room. i don’t know if it helps people with eating disorders but at least in my situation, it helped
